Booked in advance to avoid disappointment! Lovely food, the vegan/vegetarian small variety of options were tasty. The firey fries were ok, the Govi Manchurian was very tasty. Our main meals, were served at the right temperature, palak mushrooms- a creamy well balanced in spices to bring out the flavour of spinach and the texture of mushrooms. The Dal Makhani was also velvet textured, balanced in flavour and spice! Finished with a mango cheesecake speciality! This 3 course meals was for two of us. We did enjoy each course and finished them with no space left for anything else. The bill did seem a lot, including service charge - but for a now and again celebration it was lovely, the chef came to meet up with us which was a friendly touch, the staff were rushed off their feet- so had to wait a while to order drinks- however we didn’t have to wait very long for the meal. Not sure if there is usually live music on Thursdays- but there wasn’t any on our visit.

Me and my partner come here early evening and I had high expectations and they did not disappoint, this was the best meal I have ever had. Ignore any negative reviews I cannot understand how anyone can think this place is bad the taste of this food was absolutely incredible honestly if I could give 1000 stars I would! The palik chat which is crispy spinach was my favourite and the fire lamb curry. Honestly I cannot rave about this place enough my new favourite restaurant and the service was incredible the chef came out and chatted to us about the history of the place he was lovely. Well done!

I recently visited Gurkha Fire restaurant in Chatham, and I have to say, it was an unforgettable experience. The service was absolutely outstanding, with attentive staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The managers were personable and clearly passionate about providing a top-notch dining experience. The food was exceptional full of flavour and perfectly cooked. The portion sizes were generous, and considering the quality, the prices were incredibly reasonable. The cocktails were a highlight as well, with a creative selection that complemented the meal perfectly. The atmosphere of the restaurant was warm and inviting, with smooth background music that added to the overall relaxing vibe. We loved it so much that we returned for a second visit on Mother’s Day, where we were treated to live music in the evening, which was a wonderful touch. Overall, I would give this restaurant a solid 5/5 for its fantastic service, delicious no food, and great ambiance. Highly recommend!

FAULTLESS. Wow wow wow. This is one of my new favourite restaurants and one I’ve been telling everyone who will listen to try. Me and my partner came a month or so ago on a Friday night. It was busy but we’d booked in advance as knew it was best to. We were shown to a comfy booth to sit in and ordered a cocktail and a beer. The service was good with the waiter offering to help by explaining the menu as it was our first time visiting. The chef also came out to check we enjoyed the food which was a lovely touch. We went all out - ordering three courses and a bottle of wine. Considering this; I felt the price was really reasonable. I loved the goats cheese salad and will be ordering that again every time. The lamb biryani and chicken thighs were also delicious... everything was! If you like mango cheesecake then don’t skip this - it was worth going home uncomfortably full! We enjoy spice and a bit of heat so this was perfect for us, but be mindful of what you order if you don’t. They did explain this to us when we first looked at the menu too. The atmosphere was lovely, it was comfortable and the lighting creating a great setting. Despite being a full restaurant, the service didn’t falter and everything was perfectly timed.

A lovely meal. We decided to go with a few starters to try. Each of them had a real depth of flavour which was a real treat to eat. For the main we had a mixture of different curries. I had the mutton curry which was a warm Rich sauce. The mate was falling off the bone and it went beautifully with a pilau rice and a cheese and truffle naan bread.
